basically whenever you enter text into the text box in

Species Name Additional Information Typical Location

you have the option to press the ⏎ key. when you press it, it create an extra row however once you have entered the information and press ⏎ you can not view the previous row making the information unreadable

i agree you thould be able to preview all text however it's usable in it;s present form
