Adding additional sections to Readme

The Readme guide that you showed me suggests adding in the following sections to the Readme:

• Build Status
• Code Style
• Tech/framework
• Installation
• How to use
• Contribute
• Tests

I lack the know-how to add these myself, and/or to know of their relevance.

Should any of these be included?, and if so, would you be willing to add in the necessary information?

Some of them should be included. Don't worry about the technical sections, I will take care of that.
