Server Status: submissions limit removed

A brief description of the purpose of the changes contained in this PR.

• Server status page: submissions limit (250 or 2 days old) removed
• Paginations added to handle many submissions (50/page)
• Monitor queues moved to a separate page (http://localhost/monitor_queues)
• Monitor queues page link added to menu

You removed the 250 limit? Do we have a limit or does all submissions appear (in the different pages)?

Also, I'm not sure that "Server Status" is clearer than "Recent Submissions".
