Add Last.fm Scrobbling Status #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Last.fm scrobbling seems a little flaky, maybe add the new api.  Also, people 
want to see the status of the scrobbling, whether it's going through or not / 
if they can connect.
Also, a complaint of double submitting.

Also, I could store 'unscrobbled' tracks to the database for submittable later.
