Added Workflow to Check for Outdated npm Packages

Issue Number: Fixes #207

Automated the workflow for the outdated packages and updated them , push the changes,
Create a new Pull request for the updated dependencies.

@Rudra-Sankha-Sinhamahapatra this workflow has fixed in new PR , i asked for Chaitanya to make new PR or do changes in this existing PR , he said to make new PR. new PR: #216
