NGO HUB Moldova - changes to be done

Changes needed for Moldova version described below.

NGO entity changes (fields in registration form)

Changes on existing fields

• Organization type has more options NGO_ORGTYPE - values: Asociație obștească (Equivalent to "Asociatie" in RO version); Fundație; Instituție privată; Federație;
• CUI/CIF field needs format adaptation NGO_ID - format validation on field: numeric, 13 digits
• Phone numbers need to be international (! issued also in RO version #468 ) NGOADMIN_PHONE, NGO_PHONE, NGO_REPPHONE, NGO_PPL_PHONE - format validation on field: international phone number format
• All location fields need to be updated with MD counties & city NGO_OFCOUNTY, NGO_OFCITY, NGO_AREA, NGO_AREACITY, NGO_REGION, NGO_BRANCHLOC
• List of federation needs to be replaced with a relevant one for MD NGO_FEDNAME

Removed fields

• NGO_RAF ("Număr de înregistrare în RAF") - does not exist in MD
• NGO_REDIR ("Link către pagina organizației de pe Redirecționează.ro") - does not exist in MD yet
• NGO_COUNCIL ("Consiliul director") - does not exist in MD

Update: these don't have to be removed; SMS donations exist in Moldova ~- NGO_DONSMSNR ("Donații prin SMS") - does not exist in MD~ ~- NGO_DONSMS ("Cuvânt cheie SMS") - does not exist in MD~

• it is unclear if there are any "Coalitii" in MD NGO_COYN, NGO_CONAME

All other fields are identical to NGO HUB RO version.

NGO - reporting Financial information Currently, there is no way to extract the total Income and Expenses from a public source in MD, like we do for RO (pulling from ANAF). User needs to be allowed to manually introduce total Income and total Expenses.

Update: There are coalitions in Moldova. I am not sure we can develop a comprehensive list so we should design to have a predefined list plus the option of "add another" and an input field. @anastk-code4
