User Story: "As a user I want to be able to navigate and interact with the map environment in nearly the same capacity as google maps."

Description: Add navigation features such as:

Reorient compass
Zoom in/out buttons
Toggle 3D buildings
~Enter LngLat or place name to be taken to that location (Geocoder of some sort)~

Acceptance Criteria

[x] All features above are implemented and working
