Favicon #10

Because of webapp ability, all needed cross plattform favicon shall be generated.

I simply used http://realfavicongenerator.net and now favicons and icons shall be correctly included.

@smnwndrr Please give it a short review. If you can confirm this looks good, it'll go into production (tbd)

I tested it; On my gh-pages you can see the result (including latest audio #5 changes).

On my android the icon was not detected while using chrome 'Save to Desktop' option. So maybe the generator does not behave correctly. I have another project, where I did it "manually". I'll check this out if I'll find time to. Actually this issue is therefore obviously not finished, hmm ..

commit 1898774 fixed it at least for my android phone ..
