Added SQL files from jmbriano, updated the Tutorial home page. (Added 'Lesson x - ' to each Git/Github lesson heading.) #438

Minor change just for consistency with the other lessons shown on the Tutorials page - all others have 'Lesson 1 - ' etc. proceeding the lesson title.

This change adds correctly formatted links for the Git lessons, e.g. "Lesson 1 - Introduction to version control".

In addition I took the SQL files from @jmbriano and added them to the PR, the Tutorial homepage links to the SQL tutorials and within the tutorials page the [here] link to solutions now goes to solutions.html whereas before is was solutions.md.

Closed as the changes from jmbriano and corrections / integration from myself don't seem possible to take up in the way we're presenting them? Deleted my fork too to ensure clarity of original source. Regards.
