World Bank Trust Funds 'total to date' dump transaction on 30th June 2020 distorts data use (XI-IATI-WBTF)

Explanation of the issue

WB Trust Funds published total spend for their initial publication in 2020 (June 30, 2020) and then only started breaking the figures down in subsequent months/quarters.

Additional context

I was using the Country Development Finance Tool
It made it look like the WBTFs were the largest donor in 2020
This means I cannot show my boss the tool without having to manually edit the underlying data (assuming I knew about this issue!)

This is still an issue and will likely be so until mid 2022.
