Overview

Create an on boarding document for introducing new members, establishing important links and documents, and acting as a living document for decisions etc.

I'd lean towards using a Discourse wiki post as an on-boarding doc as opposed to a google doc or a readme here. Easier to edit than a readme here, keeps it in the ecosystem of other collaborations and conversations, encourages use of Discourse (which is something that some members have been wanting to give a good shot).
