User story: I want to store and review when a scheduled pick-up and drop-off is unsuccessful and why.

Acceptance criterion:

When a volunteer or aide does not show, this event should be recorded
When a donor does not show, this event should be recorded
An administrator can retrieve, or display, all unsuccessful pick-ups and drop-offs that includes descriptions as to why the pick-up or drop-off was unsuccessful
