This application helps people with surplus food determine how to dispose of it in accordance with Act 148 (Vermont's Universal Recycling Law).

then open http://localhost:3000
Before deploying, you have to install the heroku toolbelt and add the heroku remote to the repo.
heroku git:remote -a food-rescue
To deploy changes:
git push heroku master
