No need to include postal address in outgoing email. Workflow can be considered when authority is dismissing request, they has to send their official letter by post ("kada rjesenjem odbija ili odbacuje zahtjev").

• we need to include PIN (personal identification number) - OIB
• legal requirement: Zakonska obveza dostave OIB-a u postupku prava na pristup informacijama
