There is no password confirmation on registration page #81

One user noticed that: no confirmation of the password on the form. Add one.

@andyhull @dsummersl I went back and took a look at this issue. I took into consideration what Andy said and tried something different. Instead of using a password confirmation, I added the ability to show/hide it. Please let me know what you think about it. Would it be better to show the text first, then change to the password?
