Use tags for the following:

The library list is setup in SETTINGs. The copybook is in the library JDFSRC. However, ILEEDITOR 2 is not able to find it.

It is not able to add the libraries listed in the Library list

Looks like that library list is setup incorrectly? You're only supposed to specify the library name - not a path.

I fixed that, still unable to compile, it is not finding the copybook.

I closed my connection and reopened a new connection with the library list. I was able to compile.
