Update CNAME file to use www.code-island.org #31

The DNS config for the apex domain code-island.org is not correct at this time. The DNS config for www.code-island.org is correct. Accepting this change will make sure users do not get redirected to the apex domain.

So this will fix for anyone that uses www but without, it will still be broken, yeah?

Right, @goldenmeanie. But at least it won't push people who use www to the dead site. And once DNS for the apex domain is corrected, it'll work (and redirect people to www). You can revert this commit if you prefer to drop the www. But there are some good reasons to keep www sometimes.
