@kriszyp sorry about the delay getting back to you, thanks for this but I've decided to deprecate this repo in favour of https://codemix.github.io/flow-runtime/

In this case, Flow does not allow null in place of optional - https://flowtype.org/try/#0GYVwdgxgLglg9mABAEwKYFs6IBQEMD8AXIgM5QBOMYA5gJSIDeAUIohAiXADaoB0XcanloBuJgF8mTNJmxgQXLqKZA
