Desktop Navbar. Mobile version for another issue.

From just looking at the design and not the code, I have a few comments:

• The styling isn't consistent for the buttons. i.e. Home and Events have padding while Repair Requests don't.
• I don't like how on hover, the background is a different shade but when clicked and redirected it becomes an underlined text. Pick one and stick with it, i.e. the current page has a shaded background.
• Logo is repeated unnecessarily and ends up looking bad. i.e. Events page.
• The new repair request and new event buttons look out of place
• There's also a layout shift when the profile is clicked.
