Move to table display

Hi!

I've put together a few little tweaks in this pr:

• Set the list name as the module header to match styling of the default modules
• Add loading text to match styling of the default modules
• Move from an unordered list to a table display
• Added a quantity field option
• Group list items by category, and added an option to use the category as a table section header
• Added ability to trim items when over a fixed char length
• Added setting for unlimited items in list
• Updated the readme to reflect all of these changes
