I have pulled the latest version of code and tried to match the style of the modal dialog box with the current style of the homepage. Looking forward to a code review Friday or sometime in the near future.

I added a policy page which is fairly boilerplate and nothing surprising, but we would probably want to have an e-mail for privacy inquiries.
