add exception in land_check if one of stacking dimensions has length zero! #21

If one of the dimension that land_check is trying to stack have zero length, stack fails. Added exception in branch groupby commit https://github.com/coecms/xmhw/commit/f94475fea3e22a7c5c10492c941b0324b9477000
