ydoc 文件裡面不知道誰編輯過

紀錄的話會有助於列出 contribution
- 個人頁面多一個「編輯過逐字稿」的 tab 列出有編過逐字稿的
也有助於回覆 spam
可以實做過去提到的 contributors 欄位 in articles
