Summary

This updates a number of things across the app and styles them a little differently. This was done in conjunction with Skyler

Some additional features:

• Images on the browse page are bigger and rounded
• Apply page questions are now fully padded
• SAT questions are showing all the time
• Tests are updated to reflect SAT always showing
• Required questions are now highlighted conditionally.
