Rate climbing or grades in easy to understand categories #31

climbing 500 ft or 4% grade is hard to understand. Lets name them in cute ways to describe the 'effort' needed

I added a description of what is considered "hard" on the hackpad. tl;dr: 0-5% is okay for everyone. 5-10% and non-sport riders will be discouraged. 10%+ and it's no fun. So I suggest using that to match up to our three levels of coloring.

Hah, the issues looked the same, but one was to create the scale itself, and the other was to implement that to rate the sections of the route. This is fine though.
