Adds share buttons - email is a bit dodgy, needs looking into.
Also issue with twitter not recognising story link as a link to be shortened (other share buttons do make this happen), leading to lots of tweet space taken up by Story URL.
For now if necessary users can bitly it themselves - but eventually either find the issue or work out server-side bitly-ing...
