Automotive Engineer profession #16

basic engineering + mechanics can only build:

powered cart (wainwright table)
steam truck (assembly line)
steam tractor (assembly line)
truck (robotic line)
skid steer (robotic line)
excavator (robotic line)

also the engines:

portable steam engine
combustion engine
advanced combustion engine

available at the same time as mechanics, but with higher efficiency recipes

makes all of this at an assembly line, but cannot make the assembly line itself?
