support selected date when creating in reclist #2

daily list -> select day. 
weekly list -> last day or the first day of the week, depends on today/selected week
monthly list -> last day or the first day of the month, depends on today/selected month
yearly list -> last day or the first day of the year, depends on today/selected year

User thought it is a bug.

I have been using your program for years. i Love it. But before, If I added a record to a day in the past, the record automatically adjusted the entry date. If I went back to January 1 and added a new record today for a transaction in January 1, then the date was already on the entry. Now, If I go back to add a new entry to the January 1 day, the new record will still show today's date, not January 1. It is a new bug.

since it is a bug, I simply implement it to the original behavior, I didn't apply the new spec in the top description
