[product, ui, im, o2o] Change online status #71

As a connected user
I would like to change my availability
so that I can notify my contacts that I'm (at least) in one of these possible 
chat modes: available, busy, away, offline.

The idea is to let the user change it rightclicking on the light bulb in the 
bottom-right corner of the status bar of the tool.
