When you use a gmail account with another gmail account, the chat one2one works 
properly only if there aren't opened conference.

If you are in a conference and you want to chat with someone, the chat works 
only in one way. The messages are sent but not received or messages are 
received and not sent and few time the chat doesn't work in no way.
