Improve Sample Apps section - Add a showcase page #456

Right now, the Sample app section looks a bit old https://github.com/collabnix/dockerlabs#%EF%B8%8F-sample-app It would be great if we can create a showcase page with tables highlighting thumbnails for each of these projects.
