Define new workflow in an already running celos server #762

Hi,

How do we define/create a new celos workflow (assuming I have the workflow.js and oozie workflow.xml files) in an already running celos server? Is there a command line API or UI available for that? I see the defineWorkflow javascript function will allow me to do this but I am not able to understand how to invoke the javascript code with respect to an existing celos-server.
