[Feature Request] mod_economy - Transaction Auditing #5

Request to have an option to log all additions or deductions from a given
account. Configurable to only log either, with visibility configurable as
well (all deductions visible to user, additions only visible to
administrator, as an example).

This would provide groundwork for a number of other features, such as
frequent-use rewards, inactivity fees, and things tracking transaction-volume.
