Lockedout #108

Removed the last two migrations. Added one new migration for adding Sticky to Conversation. Added one new migration for adding Closed to Conversation.

Now works for new installs running sqlite3 or postgres on Heroku.

I'm closing my pull request because pull request "removed useless index" fixes the issue.
