This has definitely worked with all access in the past, i honestly havent tested it lately simply because the api this is based of cant be updated anymore, due to time constraints and difficulties accessing the updated google apis. Only things i can suggest are:
uploading one song, adding it to a playlist and see if you can download that
Sorry for being unable to assist any more! I do hope to revive this project but i simply cant decrypt the new google play music app requests. 🙁
I saw that the API had died :( Super tragic. My ONLY qualm about Google Play Music is the inability to listen offline on Windows. I can dream...
And I'll try it on my other PC, but I do believe it was recognizing songs I had uploaded. So most likely just a result of the new encryption :/

Sorry, but is this working nowadays? Reading the last reply made curious. Don't want to put my password in it...
@RaPoZaUm i can guarantee that your password is safe, the only usage of the "password" textbox is in this file, making the request directly to google: (https://github.com/coman3/Google.Music.Downloader/blob/master/Google.Music.Downloader/Pages/LoginPage.xaml.cs). I can not guarantee that it will work however, as this project has died due to lack of time. So feel free to test it, it may work, it may not, im not sure these days.
yes it only works with music you have uploaded tested 8-24-18
After logging in, all of my playlists are indeed listed and up to date, but no songs are visible after selecting "Continue", and nothing downloads if I continue to the next menu without selecting any songs.
Everything appears to work, no crashes or anything, but I just can't download anything.
Edit: Upon further examination, I'm pretty sure this just doesn't work with All Access music, only with uploaded or purchased music :( All of the music in the playlists I'm trying to view are in "My Library" through All Access :(
