[OPIK-449] evaluate: make experiment items to be uploaded right after their tasks are done #691

Experiment items are logged right after their tasks are done in evaluate function.

Added new e2e test for evaluate_experiment.

Waiting for https://github.com/comet-ml/opik/pull/698 to be merged to main so that all the conflicts are resolved in this branch.
