Based on my testing, it's not advisable to change the prompt for PhotoMakerEncode. If the prompt is changed even slightly, it nullifies any effect.

try this node https://github.com/shiimizu/ComfyUI-PhotoMaker, comfyui原生支持photomaker后，这个shiimizu的节点虽然更新了plus版本，但是comfyui默认触发词 是photomaker，而shiimizu默认是img，所以工作流适当调整。 可以试试我下面的这个 workflow

just know trigger word is photomaker, but different prompt still not work
