Documentation is different for 1.0.3 https://hexdocs.pm/eventstore/1.0.3/getting-started.html#initialize-a-database-using-a-elixir-releases

But it appears to be fine on 1.0.0, is this an error?

@emoragaf Looking at the commits between releases, I can't find this one. Perhaps it has been squashed or gone lost for some reason?

This PR was merged into the master branch but the v1.0.3 release is a hot fix from the releases/v1.0.0 branch which doesn’t have the documentation fix.
