get_tissue_location fix #85

The get_tissue_location function needs a bit of work

[ ] fix freezer regular expressions (replace 1,7,8 with 101,102,103)
[ ] include timestamp in output location(s)
[ ] add language describing where csv's are output
[ ] re-order platemap by barcode, so it's easier to view boxes
