Add Commons Stack public calls to the Panvala Events calendar #558

From Marko: Need to add comm calls or other public calls of Commons Stack to the Panvala Events calendar Just invite this email c_33ljlb4s9q3c87gbhc2s9cci50@group.calendar.google.com to all events we want to promote on Panvala Events website, It will show up here https://panvala.com/events

Context:

CS is member of Panvala League
I'm a member of the Caucus and a Panvala Fellow
I'm promoting and assisting communities in Panvala League + other stuff I do there

Panvala Events is a new thing initiated and we want this to become valuable for communities. Yesterday we had Fellows sync and I notced CS was not using the calendar to promote their work and the community.

I initiated this and was asking who's responsible for cal invites to include calls in Panvala Events.

Hey @markoprljic ! Good idea but let's go back and include this into a process for all future cal entires. Is that the only other partner calendar we should be thinking of? Also, is this something that should also be done for the cadCAD and TEC calendars?

At the moment, on the CS calendar, AMA on Feb 18 is the one that is clearly a good fit. So very timely issue! Ivy just added it!! @krisjpi could be on board with the CS comms call being on the Panvala activities page. Can you please confirm that @krisjpi ?

I am thinking that we will not spam their calendar with our Sprint meetings though. ;)

Thanks @tamarandom :) Yes, I'm only referring to Panvala Events, not sure about any other out there we want to be included.

I'd suggest to add just community calls, AMA's and such events. Not sprint plannings or something more "internal".

Hey @niran ! Ok, updated for the AMA.

@krisjpi Now that I understand this a little better I don't think the CS Comms call makes sense to be on the Panvala Events page. Let me know what you think before @iviangita or I close this!

For now, let's not put the CS Comms call on the Panvala events. @krisjpi will indicate if/when he wants to do that.

The logic above makes sense to me. Happy to add events, but our regular weekly calls can be left off.
