[ ] hwloc needs to be added - there is too much missing from nfd https://github.com/c0mm4nd/go-hwloc/issues/1
[ ] with hwloc added, we need automated builds -> releases for containers that package it
[ ] the extractor plugins need to be done with a register design, allowing someone to remove any isolated plugin to build

We might eventually need this, nfd seems to have socket count but not topology. Issue is here: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/node-feature-discovery/issues/1599

Ug, nfd doesn't have the basics for physical vs logical cores either...
