Add ability to sort repo list in display #53

By default, sort the list of repositories alphabetically. Include options in UI to sort by different parameters, including the following:

alphabetically (sort both up and down)
repo with most recently added commit status (sort both up and down)
- NOTE: unsure if this will be practical to implement
repo with most recent commit (sort both up and down)
