Optimize Website Navigation #15

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe the problem: The website is simplistic and boring passed the home page, the "Account" button doesn't seem to have any functionality, and there's no way to get back to the "Home" page from the "Upload" Page.

Describe the solution you'd like: The "Account" button should have some functionality implemented, the "Upload" and "Download" pages should be made more aesthetically pleasing without obscuring functionality or ease of use, and there should be some kind of button added to the "Upload" page to allow the user to go back to the Home page.

Describe alternatives you've considered: Have the "Account" button borrow/mimic functionality from the "Register/Login" buttons on the pre-login Upload page, and maybe some button added to the Upload page that mimics the functionality of the "Home" button on the Download Page.

We have not prioritized user interface and navigation this sprint; we are going to focus on finishing touches and interface refinements next sprint. This particular issue should be easy to solve - some additional interface buttons for better navigation, and some tidying up of the existing pages should improve things significantly.
