Latin Modern Mono font cannot be found during PDF compilation #12

There is an issue with the "Latin Modern Mono" font option which is not correctly processed by fontspec, see

I just comment this option for the moment not to broke the whole compilation pipeline.

Fix in last version of quarto (>= 1.2.313) and since commit 5ff0c65d583cac322c29fb9702cdae0990b4af3d
