Scale image button no longer available #65

for a few weeks, this function no longer seems to be available. Will it be available again soon or do I have to resize all my thumbnails at 188x122 ?

"to answer your question @Omniains, the default tile ratio is currently 1.54:1, or 188x122 pixels. i might make this configurable in the future or have an option for 1:1.

the next release of YASD now has a "scale images" setting. it works by fitting the images to the tile, and fills the remaining space with a background color. this way we get a consistent grid but can still have variability in the image sizes"

i made 'scale' the default in 2.4 and hid the setting because few users had it turned off. in your case, are the images not scaling when they should be? or did you want to disable that setting? let me know -- even though the setting is hidden i can show you how to manually modify it

Hi, In my case, thumbnails aren't scaling but I prefer when they are. So I'd want to enable that setting. Can you please show me how to ?

hmm thanks. so it looks like they scaled, but didnt get a background color set for some reason. what if you right-click a dial and select "refresh thumbnails". does that fix it?

Myghalloween commented 2 years ago

Refresh thumbnails fix it, but I loose all my selected or handmade thumbs. Whatto do if I don't want to scale ?
