Upgrade to Concordion 2.2.0, plus related dependencies. #69

Upgrade Cubano to use Concordion 2.2.0, as per Concordion Release notes .

Cubano Demo UpgradeToCubano-Concordion2.2.0 is using this branch via Jitpack IO to prove that that build is ok. Travis CI Results indicate a successful build.

Once this PR is merged, will update Cubano Demo UpgradeToCubano-Concordion2.2.0 with latest Cubano Release number for PR on Cubano-Demo.
