1 year ago @xtremerui Can we please merge this? We tested with 7.9.1 and it works fine. At least the bionic won't be a problem for 7.9.2 if this is merged.

As the support for bionic is running out we should switch to jammy as default stemcell.
Tested to deploy concourse with jammy stemcell in our environment which worked fine.
