Add toolsmiths public key for worker #71

Please let us know if the process of adding an external worker to HushHouse CI requires more than the public key we added.

That's all that's needed indeed, as long as the team exists (which in this case is true). Otherwise, we'd need to have the team set up first 😁

@pivotal-jwinters is taking care of our envs this week, he can let you know about the deploy etc once it goes on 👍
