Given that this is the only logical consequence of https://github.com/conda-forge/ctng-compilers-feedstock/pull/148 (and the fact that it hasn't been merged yet is causing failures, e.g. https://github.com/conda-forge/vtk-m-feedstock/pull/4), I'm going to merge this.
