Do we need to boostrap the cross compiled builds?

1. Bulid out x86-64
2. Then rebuild the other stuff that is failing at the moment?

This seems to be in line with the comment from https://github.com/conda-forge/ctng-compilers-feedstock/pull/70#issuecomment-919540400 (took like 40 mins to rerender the feedstock)

You'll have to reach out to anaconda inc on that. We do not maintain their recipes.
